The most dramatic visible changes, often within 5 weeks. Isometric holds compress blood vessels, creating a rebound of blood flow directly to stubborn belly fat. Combined with precisely timed HIIT to overcome alpha-2 receptor blockade (belly fat is dominated by alpha-2 "stop" receptors in a way other areas are not). Every workout is video-guided with full coaching.
Targets dangerous inner abdominal fat by leveraging how fatty acids drain directly to the liver via the portal vein. By keeping liver glycogen depleted, arriving fat gets burned instead of recycled. Low impact, perfect for beginners or those with joint and knee issues. Resets your metabolism from the inside out.

Questions, answered.
Will this work for me?
Yes, and you will see why fast. The fat-loss side is four distinct protocols, each targeting a different mechanism. Metabolic Reset clears the visceral fat that wraps your organs. Maximum Fat Loss strips the responsive fat from your arms, legs, back and trunk. The Belly Fat Challenge is our signature: it cracks the stubborn belly fat that ignores normal training. The Apoptosis Protocol then kills off the emptied fat cells so you do not regain. On top of that there is a library of 60 muscle programs, designed properly: biomechanics respected, every hypertrophy mechanism covered, plus a longevity track. Whatever your starting point, there is a route designed around it.
Do I need a gym?
Not strictly, but we recommend one and most members use one. A gym is simply easier: you can jump and make noise without thinking about it, the equipment is already there, and nothing needs improvising or shuffling furniture around. Training at home genuinely works too, and plenty of members do it, in the park or on holiday as well. Metabolic Reset is the lightest on equipment and more diet-led. Maximum Fat Loss needs a bit of space and basic gear. The Belly Fat Challenge is the most intense, but still works at home if you have room to move. The muscle library is where a full gym earns its keep, with calisthenics and hotel-room options when you cannot get to one. Every program shows its equipment list and home alternatives before you start, so there are no surprises on day one.
What if I have a bad back, dodgy knees, or an injury?
Most members tell us they end up moving better than they have in years. There is clever mobility woven through every program; it is not bolted on. If something is actively injured or healing, get it cleared first so you do not aggravate it. Once you are cleared (or already managing a chronic niggle), our Metabolic Reset fat-loss program is the safest entry: gentle on joints, mostly diet-led. From there you graduate at your own pace.
What about my diet? Paleo, Keto, IF, vegan?
All compatible. Around a quarter of members are vegan or vegetarian and they do brilliantly. Our framework is the LION Protocol: high-protein, mechanism-first. It is not Paleo or Keto or IF, but it overlaps with all of them and goes deeper. We are not chasing magic numbers; we are working at the receptor and pathway level. Every plan comes with personalised recipes built around your preferences, plus the salad and side-dish builders, supplement hub and smart-shopping tools in the app.
How fast will I see results?
Fast. Most members notice visible change in the mirror within the first two weeks, and a clear shift on the scale and in how their clothes fit by the end of the 5-week cycle. The before-and-after gallery shows real timelines, not cherry-picked outliers. If you are already lean and chasing six-pack definition, expect 2 or 3 cycles to dial it in. Muscle is slower by biology: measurable in 12 weeks, transformative in 6 to 12 months. You still need to do the work, but the protocol does the heavy lifting.
What is actually included?
Have a look around before you decide. Tap the "?" next to FAT LOSS, MUSCLE BUILDING, ANTI-AGING or UNLIMITED above for the full programs list per system. Or open the live preview at app.bellyproof.com/preview and explore the actual member dashboard, modules, tools and content. No sign-up needed for the preview.
What if it is not for me?
Every plan has a 14-day risk-free guarantee. Test it properly, work the protocol, and if it is not landing for you, fill in the quick refund request form and we will sort it out. Rather dip a toe in first? Take the free 7-day trial: the full system for a week, then your Unlimited monthly price, cancel anytime. You stay in control the whole way through.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes, anytime, in two clicks. You manage, pause, or cancel subscriptions yourself in your account, no support ticket needed. We do not lock anyone in: that is how we sleep at night.
Does it work for women, perimenopause, or specific conditions?
Yes. Around 20 to 25% of members are women and they get the same results as the men: the biology is the same, the prescription adapts. If you are perimenopausal, we have a dedicated mechanism-page covering estrogen-LPL withdrawal, FSH, and the cortisol amplification loop, and the meal-plan personalisation factors all of that in. Specific conditions like Type 2 diabetes, IBS or gut issues, and cortisol-driven fat are handled through dedicated tracks. If your situation is unusual, drop us a question through the contact form first and we will tell you honestly if it is the right fit.
Where are members based? Will it work in my country?
We are UK-based, but most of our customers are in the US, with hundreds in every country we serve. The platform runs in 15 languages (English primary, but far from limited to it). Pricing converts automatically at checkout, the protocols translate cleanly across food cultures and climates, and the 14-day guarantee and 7-day trial apply everywhere. Wherever you are, you have company.
